If you mean the "Latest Topics" scroll that's on the Portal page, then it also depends when other topics were updated as the list only displays a certain number of topics and if someone's updated other topics after you've updated that one, then their update will go above your's (as it's the newest).

Is anyone having problems seeing the forum banner?

Yes. Unless anyone has a problem with it? I opened everything in the closed areas recently.

I didn't really see a point in keeping them closed as the information , for example in Hobbies, is stuff we all post pretty much everywhere round the net, such as DeviantArt, FanFiction, etc.

But if you (or anyone else) have a problem with, please let me know as I have no objections to closing them again if that's what people want. =)
